Avery is 8 months old today!!, so I thought it appropriate to update with some pictures after an extended blog break. Kurt & I are still loving every second with her. Even more now, it's so neat to watch her change & grow daily! My only wish would be that time not move so quickly...but at least that's a constant reminder for me to cherish every moment!
Avery & I joined the Slaughter & Hiller girls & "grandmas" for a nice lunch & visit. Mary Kyle & Kelly are both pregnant with September baby girls!

First time on the park swing & Avery loved it! Each time she swung forward, her mouth would open in a big grin! Our friends the "Bergs" sent Avery this very special onesie from Seattle. So cute. 
Daddy & Avery got me flowers and a sweet card for Mother's Day! 
Look closely at her hair - as if you can't see it....Avery has had cradle cap so my mom got us some hair cream to use in the bath. Evidentally I used too much (which I promise was NOT that much) because her hair was still oily 3 days later. Kurt was lovingly referring to her as Christopher Walken.
Avery loves talking to herself in the mirror. I put this wall-hanging mirror on the floor in her room last week and she sat there entertaining herself for quite a while. Precious.
Isn't this the sweetest little ruffle-bottom outfit!?! Avery got it from our sweet friend Meg E & I've been so excited for her to wear it.

Oh my gosh...I love her! Avery is so precious, and is changing so much! Where did Meg E get that onesie...it's too cute! We can't wait to see you guys this weekend!

So precious! I was going to say my favorite was the shot of her on the swing, but then my favorite was in front of the mirror, and then my favorite was the bloomers...guess they're all my favorite!
I love the ruffle bloomers. She is such a superstar (just like her parents). It was great seeing y'all last week.
