Avery had "7-month" pix taken by Shannon last week. 7-months is a random time maybe....we were just a little behind the 6-mo mark:) We love them! Here are a few samples....

Kind of cool...I just clicked on Shannon's website and the family picture on the home page is of one of our NICU Nurse Practioners...one of our FAVORITES! She is honestly the reason that Lauren survived her case of NEC. She was the only one who listened to me when I told her something wasn't right with Lauren. Long story short, she got the ball rolling quickly with a spinal tap and antibiotics, which ended up giving Lauren her edge and allowed her to win the battle! I think of her ALOT...she is also the one who sat and talked to Patrick and I for a LONG time after Logan's surgery, answered all of our questions and assured us everything would be ok. She also told us that same day that she was pregnant again, so it was cool to see her family picture with the "new" baby!
