On Halloween day we headed up to the Tahoka Ranch to spend the rest of the week.
Avery was a bunny for her 1st Halloween; costume courtesy of her friend Hallie. She wasn't so sure she liked it at first...."What is this?!?"
Then we told her how cute she was....
"O.k., give me another costume! This is fun!"

Friday evening our good friends, the Barkers, came out from Lubbock for a visit.

This was our first opportunity to meet each other's little ones! The Barker's little boy, Baize, is 5 months old, and SUCH a cutie! Both sporting their Tech gear, we had to get some pix. Similar to the Halloween situation, Avery wasn't sure she liked all this at first...
Baize offered his support and encouragement:)
Baize got tired of waiting - "When are we gonna be through here...I've got some huntin' to do."

Found your blog via The Guinn's. Avery is a doll! Congrats! One of the names that we are considering for baby #2 if "it" is a girl in April is Avery...just adorable! Love seeing recent pictures of you and your family! Hope all is well. BTW, I liked the references to Indian Princesses and Tri-Delt...totally relate! :)
